High-frequency and stable monitoring of temperature, acceleration, isotropic strain
iKIT-Cube-Hexa-Acc-4F-T, simultaneously monitors the temperature, triaxial vibration information, and deformation evolution behavior of any location or toolholder (turning tool, boring tool, etc.). The internal sensor is activated by pressing a button on the product. Once powered on, the indicator light on the node will turn green, and the corresponding product serial number is recognized in the software interface connected to the receiving device. Users can set specific configuration information in software to complete effective data recording. Simultaneously, users can perform real-time analysis, data recording and statistics, and data export of the collected data.
